These Terms of Service govern the use of the website deckarts.com and the purchase of products offered by DeckArts. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Scope of services

DeckArts operates an online store offering physical skateboard deck wall art products for decorative interior use.

DeckArts does not provide digital products, services, consulting, or subscriptions.

  1. Products

All products offered on deckarts.com are physical goods intended exclusively for decorative wall display.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color, texture, or wood grain may occur due to the natural properties of the materials used.

  1. Ordering and payment

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by DeckArts.

Payment must be completed at the time of order using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Prices are final prices in the currency shown. As a small business under § 19 UStG, DeckArts does not charge VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes of the destination country may apply (see Shipping Policy).

  1. Custom products

Custom or personalized products may be offered upon request. Such products are made to the customer's specifications; the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). Statutory warranty rights are not affected.

  1. Shipping and delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Shipping destinations, delivery times, and costs are described in the Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

  1. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day return guarantee. Details, the model withdrawal form and the online withdrawal function are in our Refund Policy (cancellation and returns).

  1. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights beyond ownership of the physical item.

  1. User obligations

Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or violate applicable laws.

  1. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and products are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.

DeckArts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

If the customer is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

DeckArts may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
