DeckArts is an independent online retail business based in Berlin, Germany. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

DeckArts ships products to the following destinations:

Order processing time

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays.

  • In-stock products: 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order products: 5–10 business days

Processing time refers to preparation before shipment and does not include delivery time.

Shipping costs

DeckArts offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Special delivery options may be available in individual cases upon request prior to placing an order.

Packaging

All orders are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Packaging materials are selected to protect the product during transport.

Shipping insurance is included with all shipments.

Order tracking

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email when available.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates calculated after shipment and may vary due to carrier operations or customs procedures.

  • Germany: 1–5 business days

  • European Union: 3–8 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • United States and Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 10–18 business days

  • Other international destinations: 10–21 business days

Customs and international shipments

For international shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities.

Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

DeckArts is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Address changes must be requested immediately after placing an order and cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.

Failed or undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to address issues or failure to collect the package, the shipment may be returned to us.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Damaged or lost shipments

All shipments are insured.

If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the order number and relevant photos.

DeckArts will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
